Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services are determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specifics of each project, such as vehicle make and model, window film type, and property size. We will provide you with a written estimate upon request. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Warranty
Tint Crew offers a limited warranty on our window tinting and PPF installation services, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period and terms vary depending on the product used and will be specified in writing at the time of service. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit, at our sole discretion.
Legal Compliance
We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations concerning window tinting and PPF installation, including but not limited to, the California Vehicle Code. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any additional restrictions or requirements imposed by your local jurisdiction or vehicle manufacturer.

In no event shall Tint Crew be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
